Why does 8 hours cost the same as 9?

We always give you the best price. 8 hours at $70 would be $560, but 9 hours at $60 is only $540, so 8 hours costs $540 and you can take the 9th hour at no extra cost if you want it. The same applies to 14 and 15 hours, which cost the same as 16 hours ($800).
