Before Returning a Product

If you are having an issue with a product, there may be other options before requesting a return:
– If you’ve purchased products, and need assistance with installation and/or activation, please email melbourne@ptestudycentre.com.au
– If you require Technical Support with a Melbourne PTE Study Centre Practice Product, please email melbourne@ptestudycentre.com.au  

AIWAS Plus, Live Class Portal, Exam Portal or any other portal by PTE Study Centre holds the refund policy to high regards as we constantly think of the satisfaction of our users. We have a refund policy of 3 days free account if our service, meets certain criteria i.e. if the user is not fully satisfied with our service or if user doesn’t get proper service from us.

We reserve the right to refuse a full money refund if our services don’t satisfy users. All refunds are evaluated before being processed. If the user has any faulty computer, bad internet connection or any hardware related issues, they won’t be able to apply for a refund. User must show necessary documents such as receipt or proper validation of that account if he/she is the owner of the account.

AIWAS Plus, Live Class Portal, Exam Portal or any other portal hold all rights to refund a free 3 days account. This process may take up to 1 week or more depending upon the circumstances.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless your request submitted at melbourne@ptestudycentre.com.au has been approved.
